  • Filing accounts and returns with the Registrar of Companies

 

  • Administration of usage rights

 

  • Liaising with and overseeing local property management companies

 

  • Collection of maintenance charges and arranging preparation of annual budgets and accounts

 

  • Administering relationship with third parties such as providers of concierge and leisure services to co-owners

 

  • Acting as a liaison between the owners and arranging annual meetings 

 

  • Coordinating share transfers in accordance with fractional documentation
