Fractionalising your second home

Fractional ownership has become a popular option and successful alternative for individual owners selling their vacation home.

For some, a fractional sale has enabled them to maximise the sale price.  For other owners, fractional ownership has allowed them to retain an interest in their property and continue using it as much as they ever did, whilst significantly reducing their ongoing costs and management time - we call that 'right-sizing'.
